Looking at Becoming Better

I think we all want to become someone better in life.  We all think about being a better husband or wife, mother or father, son or daughter, a better friend.  We all want to improve something.  This could be our health, our family life, our spiritual life, or anything really.  I know everything I have just listed, I have wanted at some point in time in my life (well except for the husband, father, son part...lol).  I know that if I look at one aspect of any of those things, I can drill it down even further.  A better wife equals -- better cook, better lover, better housekeeper, and so on.

Sometimes life does not always allow us to work on one aspect or another.  Sometimes laziness gets in the way (<-- I know that is a huge issue of mine).  I think it is OK though, to have struggles; this makes us human.  No one is perfect, yet we all strive to be in our own ways.

Through this blog I want to explore becoming better myself.  I also hope to motivate you to do the same.  I like I said previously, I have always strived to become better in life, but now I am putting it out there.  I want to share with you my family, my life, my goals.  You will see me mention my family as I write.  My husband is K, I am L, and our daughter is M (see a pattern there?).

Why now, you ask.  In January I decided to take my life and the life of my family in a different direction.  A direction that I would have never in a million years thought I would go.  In January I joined an amazing Christian company called It Works Global.  I had been using the products for a couple months and I fell in love.  So I decided to sell, thinking I could make enough to cover my products.  As I started to work with my team I saw the motivation to become better, to strive for more in life.  I decided then I wanted to be come a product of the product, and I started to work on my health.  The extra money is also allowing me to work on my family life (it is great not having to think about budget you are taking money out of to do something fun).  The start of wanting better health led to what other things can I improve on in life.  So here I am... Becoming The Better Me.

I hope to continue to follow me and my journey.  I would love to see your comments and feedback as I go.

Have a great day, and God Bless!
